TINKER 70
The basic version of the TINKER machine family. A rotary welding positioner of a table design with a solid mechanical base and a sturdy hollow spindle, suitable for demanding industrial use. It provides digital control, a maximum static load of 70 kg, and manually controlled spindle tilting.
Configuration opens the existing HST configurator. Submit an inquiry to receive an offer; payment is arranged afterward.
Why TINKER 70?
A hollow spindle for supplying inert gas under the weld or for welding long rod material. Spindle tilting by a handle accessible from the front of the machine.
Digital control with a stepper motor and a planetary gearbox provides a stable rotation speed even with eccentric loading.
A durable design with protection of sensitive parts and welding current transmission through a professionally milled CuCrZr wiper.
The possibility of semi-automated welding when the positioner is equipped with a pneumatic welding arm, related accessories, and a welding source control cable.
