Manual WeldingThe operator directly controls the welding equipment, holds the welding torch, and performs the welding operation manually. The machine positions the workpiece.Mechanized WeldingThe machine positions the workpiece, switches the welding equipment on and off, and supports the welding torch. The operator supervises the process.Automatic WeldingThe machine controls the production process through numerically controlled axes and joints. The operator does not intervene in the process.Workpiece HandlingThe machine may be used for spatial manipulation of the workpiece without any additional conditions.

Longitudinal WeldingThe weld is linear and runs axially.Rotary WeldingThe weld is circular and runs radially.Combined Welding (Rotary + Longitudinal)The weld may be either linear, running axially, or circular, running radially.Helical SurfacingSurfacing is performed along a helical path, with radial rotation and continuous axial torch travel.Step-Over SurfacingSurfacing is performed in a single plane of rotation, with the torch making an axial movement at a defined angle.Spiral SurfacingSurfacing is performed along a spiral path, with both the rotation and torch travel proceeding radially.Auger WeldingWelding is performed along a helical path, with radial rotation and axial torch travel controlled by adaptive position tracking.
