COOPER 370
COOPER 370 is a simple automatic rotary welding machine for circumferential welding, with a maximum turning diameter of 1000 mm, a maximum static load of 370 kg, and 1500 to 6500 mm between spindle flanges. One or two welding heads have manual longitudinal positioning, while RCS 06 automates the welding process. Its straightforward, durable design offers a cost-effective solution for medium loads.
- Working length ranges from 1500 mm in the basic version to 6500 mm between spindle flanges, with a maximum turning diameter of 1000 mm and a maximum static load of 370 kg.
- One or two welding heads have manual longitudinal movement and optional numerically controlled Z-axis motion with a +/- 150 mm stroke. Two heads can use the same welding technology simultaneously.
- The spindle drives are backlash-free. Tailstock pressing uses linear motion with a locking segment and an 80 mm pneumatic cylinder with a standard 300 mm stroke, extendable on request.
