**MILLER 1850** is heavy rotary welding positioner and manipulator of stand design with 1000 mm height of working plate and maximum working load of 1850 kg. Purpose of this machine circumferential welding and product manipulation in hard and challenging conditions in industry of all sectors. It goes about flawlessly and high developed system of the highest construction level getting the possibilities of rotary positioners above their conceptual possibilities. This rotary positioner is characterized by strong construction, perfect design and sufficiently dimensioned components. Massive sandwich steel construction houses spindle and driving mechanism. The spindle has a flange giving the possibility of mounting the standard working plate with radial grooves, or recomended universal chuck. **Control system R3** is integrated into the positioner chassis and protected by the steel cover with polycarbonate glass cover against the splash of welded metal. This rotary positioner is characterized by strong construction, perfect design and sufficiently dimensioned components. High-quality stepoper drive guarantees perfect smoothness and constant rotate speed. The work with positioner can be easier while using the **foot controller for speed proportional regulation** which allows to correct the speed of spindle rotation during welding.
