WATCHMAKER R3
WATCHMAKER R3 is a precision automatic rotary welding machine for small parts, lightweight machine components, and measuring or laboratory equipment. Designed for TIG AC/DC and PLASMA AC/DC welding, it has a maximum turning diameter of 340 mm and a maximum static load of 25 kg, with 800 mm between spindle flanges. Digital control system R3 provides simple automation of circumferential welding.
- Digital control system R3 automates circumferential welding and switches the welding source arc ON. An optional output switches FEDEER Connect, while wire-feeding parameters are set independently on the feeder.
- Precision construction and factory alignment with a maximum deviation of 0.2 mm measured at the spindle flange edges support welding of small, precise parts.
- The entire central beam tilts manually from 0 - 90° through a worm gearbox. A backlash-free torch support provides +/- 15 mm two-axis adjustment and 90° rotation with position locking in five steps.

WATCHMAKER R6 is a precision automatic rotary welding machine for small parts, lightweight machine components, and measuring or laboratory equipment. Designed for TIG AC/DC and PLASMA AC/DC welding, it has a maximum turning diameter of 340 mm and a maximum static load of 25 kg, with 800 mm between spindle flanges. RCS 06 automates circumferential welding with rotary acceleration and deceleration control and integrated control of the optional HST CREATIVE CW 03 cold wire feeder.
- RCS 06 provides rotary acceleration and deceleration, welding source programming, power regulation, integrated control of the optional HST CREATIVE CW 03 cold wire feeder, program storage, and program sequences.
