TINKER 140 HT

TINKER 140 HT is advanced version of Tinker rotary positioner which provides highly increased torque of spindle drive. Ergonomically designed rotary welding positioner of table design with maximum load capacity 140 kg with simple but high effective specific design using solely first class constructional components. This version with increased torque is ideal there where a production program regularly reach the upper limit of the machine load or when the eccentric loading is expected even in the case of lighter welded products.

High quality steel frame carries structure of massive spindle with through hole of 78 mm. Spindle solution allows to conveniently use working plate with maximum diameter of 425 mm as well as 250 mm universal chuck with through hole of 78 mm.

Control system R3 is integrated into the machine chassis and protected by steel cover with the polycarbonate glass cover against the suppression of the welded metal. The positioner has table design for placement on the edge of the working table to be able to use the hollow spindle when welding long rod materials. There is as well the possibility to use hollow spindle to equip the machine with integrated system for divorcing of inert gas through the spindle.

Rotary positioner is equipped with quality stepper drive and back-lash free planetary gearbox guarantees perfect smoothness and constant rotate speed even under eccentric loads by welded product. Due to the precision of stepper drive and digital controlling this positioner can guaranteed the returning always to the same home point without any deviation.

The spindle has variable tilt features 0 - 110° ensuring the optimal welding position. Tilting of spindle is driven manually by gearbox and it is possible to change the tilt also when the welded product is loaded.

The work with positioner can be easier while using the foot controller for speed proportional regulation which allows to correct the speed of spindle rotation during welding. Hand controller is another alternative for the remote control of the positioner. In addition, to controlling the speed of rotation both, the foot control and hand controller, may include a selector for the changing of rotation direction.

The spindle has variable tilt features 0 - 110° ensuring the optimal welding position. Tilting of spindle is driven manually by gearbox and handle from the machine front and it is possible to change the tilt also when the welded product is loaded.

The positioner has integrated anchors points for the installation of supporting column which enables to equip this positioner with the advanced system of welding arm. The welding arm has pneumatic controlling and three degrees of position adjustment.

At the end of the welding arm there is precise mechanical cross head of the torch position adjustment in two axes of +/- 15 mm with backlash-free structure mm and with the possibility of rotation the torch by +/- 90° and tilting in the range of +/- 20°, both with position locking in a steps.

This rotary positioner is equipped with digital control system R3 specially designed by HST CREATIVE for circumferential welding and successful automation of this process, the positioner also has controlled output for switching ON the welding source arc.
