WORKER 370 is rotary welding positioner of stand design for floor placement with 1010 mm working height and maximum working load of 370 kg. The purpose if this welding positioner is hard work in metal workshops and reliable welding in industry of all sectors even with high hourly loading. This machine provides an ideal solution for medium sized weldments where smooth rotation is crucial.
Robust steel construction produced of first class materials and precise structural components carries the spindle which allows mounting the appropriate working plate or universal chuck comfortably. This rotary welding positioner is equipped with quality stepper drive and with digital controlling which guarantees perfect smoothness and constant rotate speed without deviation when welding even with eccentric loading to achieve a consistent weld around the entire circumference of the product.
Control system R3 is integrated into the machine chassis and protected by steel cover with the polycarbonate glass cover against the splash of welded metal. There is as well the possibility to equip the machine with integrated system for divorcing of inert gas through the spindle.
The work with positioner can be easier while using the foot controller for speed proportional regulation which allows to correct the speed of spindle rotation during welding. Hand controller is another alternative for the remote control of the positioner. In addition, to control the speed of rotation both, the foot control and hand controller, may include a selector for the changing of rotation direction.
The spindle has variable tilt features 0 - 90° ensuring the optimal welding position. Tilting of spindle is driven by asynchronous motor and controled comfortably by the buttons from the machine front.
The positioner has integrated anchors points for the installation of supporting column which enables to equip this positioner with the advanced system of welding arm. The welding arm has pneumatic controlling and three degrees of position adjustment.
At the end of the welding arm there is precise mechanical cross head of the torch position two axes adjustment in the range of +/- 15 mm with backlash-free structure and with the possibility of rotation the torch by +/- 90° and tilting in the range of +/- 20°, both with position locking in a steps.
This rotary positioner is equipped with digital control system R3 specially designed by HST CREATIVE for circumferential welding and successful automation of this process, the positioner also has controlled output for switching ON the welding source arc.
